Everything was set up on Wednesday, May 2, in the “Emeraude” room of the Phoenix Park to encourage young people in their job search. About twenty companies were welcoming candidates. Spread across several sectors (Entertainment, Sales, Hotel/Restaurant, Health), some recruiters were busy dealing with a very determined queue. However, the number of visitors and companies could have been multiplied in a larger room.
Concentration and Attentive Reading
A few meters from the exotic greenhouse with its 80% humidity, the 2007 future recruits looking for work were focused on the multitude of announcements made available by ANPE and CRIJ* Cรดte d’Azur. More than just individual interviews and classified ads (unfortunately poorly targeted for the department), ANPE, the CFA, and the DDTERFP offered “The Essentials in 30 Minutes.” This “employment kit” provided in these workshops allowed those interested to better understand the techniques of hiring. “How to Succeed with Your CV,” “Communicate Through Your Image,” “How to Succeed in Your Job Interview,” and “Regulations on Seasonal Work Contracts” covered the bare essentials.
Indeed, the organizers’ idea deserves praise. The goal is to train and inform job seekers faced with professional recruitment techniques. Recruiters, eager to select a candidate among hundreds, can sometimes overuse criteria based on physical appearance, attire, elocution, and behavior. “The Essentials in 30 Minutes” thus provided indispensable tools for good recruitment.
Legislation: Beware of Pitfalls.

Again, the DDTEFP was there to answer all these questions. After visiting this stand, you will know that the minimum hourly wage is 8.20โฌ per hour brut, and that you cannot exceed 10 hours of work per day, 48 hours per weeks… But if you did not have the chance to attend this event, Nice Premium offers you below a non-exhaustive list of useful addresses to know your rights.
