The Côte d’Azur ultra trail took place from June 14 to 16. This 5th edition, launched by Eric Ciotti, included several races. A long path stretching up to 150 kilometers. Here’s a recap of the rankings in the various races.
For the “100 km” race, the first competitor to cross the finish line was Cristobal Adell Albalat. He completed the 108 kilometers in 14 hours and 25 minutes. Katie Schide was the first woman to finish with an official time of 19 hours and 31 minutes. Eighty-two people participated.
For the 150 km, thirty-three runners set off. Gilles Frediani, a regular in ultra trails, led with a time of 24 hours and 50 minutes. Daphné Derouch is in 14th position and is the first woman with a time of 34 hours and one minute.
A hundred and sixty runners took part in the 15 km. With a time of 1 hour and 19 minutes, Eric Descamps is in the lead. The tenth place is occupied by the first woman, Emmanuelle Flamant, with a time of 1 hour and 34 minutes.
Only six runners attempted the 40 km, and they were all men. David Hauss came in first after 4 hours and 57 minutes of effort.
With 48 minutes, the first place in the KV is awarded to Esteban Olivero. Turquoise-Océane Eugene is the first woman with a time of 1 hour and 9 minutes. There were twenty-seven competitors.
Three teams participated in the 150 km relay for two people. With a time of 24 hours and 31 minutes, Jean-Baptiste Hurteaux and Julien Dufour came in first. For the four-person relay, it was the Option montagne group that came out on top with 20 hours and 54 minutes. There were seven groups.
