For the first time, Nice will host the semi-finals of the Top 14, which will take place this Friday and Saturday. To accompany this historic event for the city, the National Museum of Sport is offering a dedicated, entirely free exhibition.
Before each match, the museum invites supporters of the 4 represented clubs and rugby fans in general to visit the National Museum of Sport to discover a unique exhibition, presented both outdoors and in the reception hall.
In the reception hall, the jerseys of the semi-finalist teams and a replica of the famous Bouclier de Brennus will be the centerpiece of a very large display case.
Outdoors, the museumโs glass facade (40 linear meters, over 200 m2) will be covered with decals to visually retrace the history of the TOP 14. Great teams, legendary stories, and the best players from the French rugby championship will be highlighted thanks to a new iconographic basis.
These exhibitions will be accessible for free until 8 PM, which is 1 hour before the start of the matches.
A pre-match meeting in the auditorium
Friday, June 17th at 6:30 PM, the National Museum of Sport offers a preview of the eveningโs duel between Castres Olympique and Stade Toulousain. In the museumโs auditorium, Vincent Duluc, President of the National Museum of Sport and journalist at LโEquipe, will introduce the match along with a former player from each team. Access to this meeting is free, within the limit of 80 places available.
