Between departure and return, the “second” government of the Prime Minister was presented this Monday.
Two weeks after the setback experienced by the majority in the legislative elections, Emmanuel Macron and Élisabeth Borne unveiled the government reshuffle in a statement published late in the morning.
Here is the complete list of appointed ministers:

- Sylvie RETAILLEAU, Minister of Higher Education and Research;
