Exhibition in Memory of July 14 

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the July 14, 2016 attack, the city of Nice presents an exhibition dedicated to memory, transmission and collective reflection. Through archives, photographs, objects of memory, testimonies and unpublished documents, the tour allows you to retrace multiple elements of this shared memory: tribute to the victims, outpouring of solidarity, mobilization of rescue and associations, artistic and civic responses, to the building of a shared memory.

Yemanja Festival 

From July 3 to 5, 2026, Nice invites you to celebrate cultural diversity with the Yemanja festival, a Brazilian aquatic goddess celebration that begins on July 3 at 5:30 pm. Organized by the Brasuca Danse association with the support of the city, this event brings together over 150 artists and 30 associations around Afro-Brazilian culture. On the program, seven events including dance workshops, percussion, visual arts, student exhibition from the school of art, gastronomic and music evening, as well as the Brasil village at Square Leclerc. Free and by reservation.

La Kermesse Festival

From July 3 to 5, 2026, Nice’s Théâtre de Verdure welcomes the 5th edition of La Kermesse Festival this year, dedicated to nostalgia for the 1990s-2000s. Over three evenings, 21 artists will offer you musical moments on stage including Larusso, L5, Colonel Reyel and Billy Crawford on Friday; Kenza Farah, Lââm, Nâdiya and 2Be3 x G-Squad on Saturday; O-Zone, Cascada, Kat DeLuna and Lou Bega on Sunday.

La Dolce Nizza at the Photography Museum 

From July 4 to September 6, 2026, the Museum Gallery hosts “La Dolce Nizza”, an exhibition of black and white photographs by artist Claudia Bevilacqua. A former executive at the Kourou space base before devoting herself to photography, she captures the joy of living in Nice between women laughing on the Promenade des Anglais or scenes from the Cours Saleya market. A true tribute to the city of Nice.

Location: Gallery of the Charles Nègre Photography Museum 

Hours: Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm – daily except Monday (closed) from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 6 pm.

The Trial of Clytemnestra

As part of the Festival of Tragedies, Clytemnestra appears in the dock during an open-air trial. Guilty or victim of a fate beyond her, it’s up to the audience to judge! Starring Muriel Mayette-Holtz, Master Olivier Romani and Hervé Van der Meulen. Free admission.

Let’s celebrate American Freedom !

The city of Nice invites you to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence with a festive program at Square Leclerc, on the Promenade du Paillon. The event honors the history, culture and friendship between Nice and the United States, with New Orleans brass band, jazz concerts, modern and country dancing (with initiation), as well as artistic workshops (flower crowns, pastel portraits). Free admission.

Tribute to Giuseppe Garibaldi

What if you immersed yourself in Nice’s history for an evening? On Saturday, July 4, the city pays tribute to one of its most emblematic figures: Giuseppe Garibaldi, born in Nice on July 4, 1807. A symbol of freedom and local pride, the revolutionary adventurer is celebrated in the heart of the square bearing his name, in a ceremony led by Mayor Éric Ciotti.

Inès Reg at the Palais Méditerranée

Some laughter is offered by Nice comedian Inès Reg at the Palais de la Méditerranée with her new show “We’re Always Together”. Discovered in 2019, trained at Cours Florent and member of the Enfoirés, she returns with her energy and self-deprecating humor in one of the most prestigious halls on the Côte d’Azur!

Harmony Orchestra of the City of Nice

Lots of music this Sunday with the Harmony Orchestra of the City of Nice, which offers you a free concert as part of the Cimiez Arenas Garden. Founded in 1866, it is one of the oldest formations of this type in France! Under the direction of Sébastien Driant, the program blends great classics and popular pieces; The Barber of Seville (Rossini), Parisian Life (Offenbach), Tritsch-Tratsch Polka (Strauss), Porgy & Bess (Gershwin) and a tribute to Boris Vian. Free admission.

Vivaldi Concert
