The “Lafayette’s Got Talent” evening in support of UNICEF

Latest News

A group of students from the BBA Edhec program, gathered in the Innocent Hearts association, work in support of UNICEF by organizing various charitable events to benefit this NGO.

Coming soon, they will organize a talent show in collaboration with the international bilingual high school Lafayette.

It will be a Talent Show under the name “Lafayette’s Got Talent.”

Staged by young people… it will be a platform for young talents, a way for the winner to make a name for themselves in their field.

The event will be divided into three categories: singing, dancing, and music.

Students will each take their turn before a panel of professional judges. They will only have 2 minutes to convince the professionals to select them for the second part of the competition.

After their performance, the jury will give them a score that will determine whether they qualify. If the candidate qualifies, they will have to make a second presentation later in the evening.

After this second performance, the jury will select one winner and two additional candidates for second and third place.

The jury will be composed of:

– STEVE villa Massone: pianist and composer, notably performing at Place Masséna, a place dear to him.

– Valérie Seroussi: former dancer, today Mrs. Seroussi is a classical dance teacher.

– John Wadies: singer from Nice. He is known in the music industry for his collaborations with artists like BB Brunes.

– Tom Gilleroy: renowned musician, excelling in saxophone with which he performs his jazz repertoire.

The winner will receive a piece by René Galassi, an artist from Nice who wanted to show generosity.

Raphael Metsers, the group’s spokesperson, explains the evening: “Through this event we want to promote youth, an important value for UNICEF, our parent association. The aim of the evening is to raise awareness among parents and those present of the actions and commitments of our association.

We will make an appeal for donations to raise funds to help African children in precarious situations.”

Isn’t young ‘fortunate’ people offering their ‘heart’ to young ‘underprivileged’ ones a gesture worthy of appreciation?
