Théâtre Bellecour in Nice: Little Red Riding Hood revisited
Théâtre Bellecour presents a modern and humorous version of the famous fairy tale “Little Red Riding Hood”, offered by Compagnie Capitaine Fracasse & Co.
This offbeat adaptation transforms Charles Perrault’s classic story into a fast-paced theatrical adventure, mixing suspense, misunderstandings and comedic moments. Between a little girl sent to bring a cake to her grandmother and a wolf as cunning as he is unpredictable, the audience is taken on a journey through a forest full of surprises.
Designed for the whole family, the show plays with the codes of the traditional tale while adding a modern, lively and participatory touch.

Nice Europe Day: a festive and free day in the heart of Nice
Nice celebrates Europe with the 5th edition of Nice Europe Day, a free event open to all. On the program, an animated afternoon with open musical stage, performances by violinist David Vinitzki in the city, then a friendly and fun “Europe Bingo”. Many creative workshops and activities will also be offered throughout the day: face painting, mosaics, balloon modeling, braiding workshops, wooden games and a European village about citizenship and European culture.
The evening continues at Théâtre de Verdure with a major Eurovision Party: food trucks, DJ set, karaoke, quiz, connection with Vienna and festive atmosphere until the final vote.

But behind this seemingly simple relationship lies a more complex game of manipulation: she is actually the ally of “That Gentleman”, who seeks to marry a wealthy heiress. Everything becomes complicated when Miss Briar reveals herself to be far more intriguing and seductive than expected…
A loose adaptation of Sarah Waters’ novel Fingersmith, this play explores power games, appearances and plot twists in an atmosphere full of tension and surprises.
